- Your contact information (last name, first name, address, phone/mobile number, email address, number of people (limited to 6) will be necessary to establish the contract which will be sent to you by email or by mail, at your convenience.

- A copy of the contract must be sent to us by return of post, signed and accompanied by a check corresponding to 25% of the rent (deposit). For contracts with foreign countries, the contract will be scanned and sent by mail.

- The balance will be paid 2 weeks before the arrival on the spot, accompanied by a check of guarantee of 1000 € which will not be cashed and will be returned to you in the days which follow the end of the stay if the apartment is returned in perfect state.

- For payments from abroad, bank transfer will be used and the deposit paid in cash on arrival and returned on departure.

- Arrival time: 14:00 / 19:30, departure time: 7:30 / 10:00

- The reception is personalized. The appointment will take place at the foot of the residence l'Olympe (right entrance). Pascale, our correspondent on the resort will accompany you to the apartment, will give you the keys and will make with you the inventory of fixtures at the arrival but also at the departure.

- A cleaning deposit of 80 € will also be requested upon arrival and will be returned upon departure if the apartment is left clean (cleaning done, vacuumed, toilets cleaned, dishes and appliances washed and put away ....). Possibility of cleaning service at the end of your stay (80 €) to be booked in advance.

- Possible renting of sheets ( 10 € single bed and 12 € double bed) and towels ( 6€ bath sheet and towel)
